Learning Python
Posted on 2012-01-26
In previous posts, I mentioned that much of the power of poole comes from embedding Python code in the source documents for the web pages. With this code, you can generate parts of the page such as links, indexes, archives, etc. I also mentioned that I'm not a programmer and to take advantage of thie poole capability, I would need to learn Python. I've embarked on a program to do that and thought I'd share some of the resources I've found.
I anticipate a lot of notes as I chronicle my progress in learning Python, so I'm going to record them in another part of my web site. This allows me to use a gouda, a simple documentation generator, to make the pages easier to produce and follow. There will be a link on each page to come back to this blog. To follow along with me, follow this link.
